1. Corrupted QuickBooks Point of Sale Entitlement folder:
This is the most common cause. Go to the hidden folder C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v2\ (make sure hidden files are visible).
Delete the "QuickBooks POS" folder within this directory.
Re-launch QuickBooks Point of Sale. It should automatically recreate the folder and download the correct entitlement files.

2. Incorrect product code:
Double-check the product code used during installation. If it's wrong, uninstall and reinstall the Point of Sale program using the correct code.
