Run the 337 Error Fix from QuickBooks Tool Hub:
Download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub from Intuit's website.
Open the Tool Hub, select "Program Problems," and then "337 Error Fix."
Follow the on-screen instructions to run the tool.

Recreate Damaged EntitlementDataStore.ecml File:
Close QuickBooks.
Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks (or the QuickBooks Data folder).
Locate and delete the file named "EntitlementDataStore.ecml."
Open QuickBooks to regenerate the file.

Fix Microsoft .NET Framework, MSXML, and C++ Issues:
