What Happens if I turn off Haptics?

One of the best features of the iPhone is Haptic which enhances the user experience. But sometimes vibration can be distracting or negatively impact battery life. So should you keep haptics on or disable them? While turning it off has some downsides, it may be beneficial in certain situations:

* Texting will feel less satisfying without haptic clicks
* Gaming won't provide vibration feedback for actions
* Notifications may go slightly unnoticed if set to vibrate
* Some controls like scrolling may not feel as solid
* Battery life can get a very small boost by disabling another sensor
