I am a traveler and recently at the
Air France New Jersey Office in addition to providing me with accurate information regarding my flight and assistance with ticket adjustments, the staff was amiable and supportive. I had a short wait time and the office was tidy and well-organized. The only issue was that, if you were unfamiliar with the neighborhood, it was a little difficult to find the place. All things considered, I was pleased with the service and its level of professionalism.
