According to someone, this error is caused by duplicate entries in the QBWin.log file. I looked over the log file numerous times, but there were no duplicate entries. If I can't find the duplicate records, I'm not sure how I'll fix the problem. So what else could it be if there aren't any dups? I'm unsure where to go from here and would appreciate any advice.
