The technical glitch OLSU 1013 is mainly related to the bank connection error and can be eliminated by making some changes in Internet Explorer. I came across the same issue recently, and this is how I fixed it-
- First of all, make sure to have the latest available version of Internet Explorer 11 on your device.
- Next, open Internet Explorer and tap on the Gear icon.
- Once you click it, choose Internet Options and then directly move to the ‘Advanced’ tab.
- Now, on the same screen, move downwards till you reach the ‘Security’ section.
- In this step, you are required to search for the ‘USE TLS 1.0’ and ‘USE TLS 1.2’ checkboxes.
- After locating them, enable the ‘USE TLS 1.2’ checkbox and deselect the ‘USE TLS 1.0’ checkbox.
- Confirm the action by hitting the ‘Apply’ button and then ‘OK’.
- Finally, exit every application and restart your device.
