Bricks are the mainstay in construction, and they are used by stacking the bricks in a special system according to the design and attaching them to each other with a brick adhesive called cement, which is very well known. before stacking.

There are things that must be checked before using the bricks, namely: the bricks are free of coal and clay, are uniform in color, the dimensions are regular, ensure that they are not water-absorbent, that they have passed the strength test, that they are free of cavities and decay, and finally that they are dry.

Advantages of using bricks
Regular shape of building facades as a result of regular size of bricks used in construction, length, width and height.
Ease of use in construction and transportation to the construction site due to its small size and weight.

Easy adhesion is cement.
Good fire resistance, unlike the wood used in building sheds, because it was previously burned during the manufacturing process.
Resistant to external factors such as rain, wind, sounds, etc.

concrete brick s
Solid municipal brick: It is a brick that does not contain internal voids, except for two circular holes, each with a diameter of 10 cm. However, its use has been reduced due to its high cost, heavy weight, and prolonged moisture retention. It is also difficult to conduct sanitary and electrical installations through it.

Hollow bricks: are bricks that contain artificial openings or voids. It has two types of hollow light bricks, and its weight is very light due to the large voids in it, and therefore it is used only for special cases due to its high price.
