The Constitution regulates the relations between the three main judicial, constitutional and legislative authorities, laying down the foundations and procedures for the exercise of power.

Sources of constitutional law
Legislation: These legislations come from the public authority of the state, which gives full capacity to prohibit and grant any right, and it has a different role between the types of legislation that are passed in the lives of individuals in that state, and their own legislation and legislation. Approval falls within the jurisdiction of the legislature.
Customs: It is one of the sources of the law and the constitution, and it is defined as the habits or behaviors that individuals perform within a specific behavior, from which an unwritten or officially registered legal rule emerges, and it is divided into:
