Does anybody know if its possible to disengage/engage the factory "chirp" for the anti-theft system? I have a 96 4Runner Limited and after the engine swap it wont work and Id like to avoid taking it back to the shop that did the work.

I would check the sponsors for additional alarm system.

They have some that doesnt seem too pricey

Yeah I thought the anti-theft alarm would have the light on the dashboard or something... where its more visible.  but its right beside the speedometer
