PCNOK (Patient Care Networking) uses digital means to enhance patient access to treatment, rehabilitation, and general well-being. PCNOK is an innovative partnership between CHCs and BHOs. It was established to expand people’s healthcare access to a higher standard. Since the campaign’s inception in 2014, nineteen of the state’s initial twenty-two organizations have collaborated to benefit this cause.
