Karina Weingard is a unique personality in the world of modern psychology. She is the founder of The Veingard Research Institute for Personality Perfection in Geneva, the author of the Three Levels of Mindfulness concept of integrated analysis and a personal development specialist, and the author of several books.
Karina comes from Russia, where she graduated from university with a degree in psychology and defended her Ph.D. thesis. Moreover, her craving for this area was manifested in her early childhood. One of the favorite entertainments of this amazing child was to compare the behavior of people: the girl clearly noted how one person differs from another and could quite competently draw up a psychological portrait, although she was not yet 8 years old.
Therefore, Karina never had any questions about who to become in the future. She knew for sure that she would work with people and help them deal with internal problems, develop personally and overcome various life difficulties.
A few years after graduation, Karina Weingard left for Europe, where she began to work on her own comprehensive approach to psychoanalysis and drawing up a holistic personality portrait, which will later be called “Three levels of awareness”.
