Enable IMAP Access: In order to import MBOX files, you need to enable IMAP access in your Gmail account. Go to your Gmail account settings and enable IMAP.
Create a New Gmail Account: If you don't have a Gmail account, create a new one specifically for this purpose.
Configure Gmail Account in Outlook: Add your Gmail account to Outlook by going to File > Add Account. Follow the prompts to configure the account using your Gmail credentials.
Create a New Folder in Outlook: In Outlook, create a new folder where you want to import the MBOX files. Right-click on the desired location, choose "New Folder," and provide a name for the folder.
Convert MBOX Files to EML Format: Use a third-party tool or an online converter to convert the MBOX files to EML format. There are various tools available that can perform this conversion.
Drag and Drop EML Files: Once the MBOX files are converted to EML format, locate the EML files on your computer. Drag and drop the EML files into the folder you created in Outlook. The files will be imported into Outlook.
Verify and Organize: After the import process, verify that the emails have been successfully imported into Outlook. You can organize the emails into different folders within Outlook if desired.
