Hi everyone, yesterday I wanted to add certain sales receipts in QuickBooks, but the QuickBooks Scanner Could Not Be Selected. I thoroughly checked my scanner and I am sure that it is not a problem. I don’t understand what the problem exactly is? I tried to reboot my system, but nothing happened. I was on call with QuickBooks customer support staff and I am baffled with what a disappointment they were. What kind of response is ‘ we are also looking into this matter, as of now we don’t have a solution. Giving solutions to users is literally your job!! I can go on and on about this but I know it’s pointless. So if any of you know what should be done, please help out.
