Название красивое, а вообще речь несколько не о том.
Несколько некрупных чиновников продемонстировали желание получить систему аналитики.
Должно входить:
а) освещение события Х в СМИ во всех источниках
б) факты и точность информации (если где-то прошла информация о результатах выполнения ФЦП, когда и где. Желателен ПЕРВЫЙ источник)
в) похожие публикации или ТЕМА. Т.е. временная шкала вместе с публикациями. Как прикрутить технически понятно, есть ли мысли, как сделать ее для публики (публика нужна просто для "красоты", т.к. увеличивает клиентуру и можно получать общественное мнение).
