Forming molds and Injection pallet moulds are both processes used in manufacturing to produce parts, but they differ in the method by which they are formed.

A forming mould, also known as a compression forming mould, involves taking a preformed piece of plastic material and placing it into a mold cavity. The plastic is then compressed and heated until it conforms to the shape of the mold. This process is typically used to produce small to medium-sized parts with simple shapes. Often used for materials not suitable for injection molding.

The main difference between Forming mold and injection pallet mould is the material used and the way it is molded. Molding is the compression of preformed material into a mold, while injection molding is melting and injecting material into a mold under high pressure.

Molding uses pre-Forming molded plastic material, which is compressed into the shape of the mold, while injection molding involves melting plastic pellets and injecting them into the mold cavity under high pressure to form the desired shape.

An Injection pallet mould involves melting plastic pellets or pellets and injecting the molten plastic into a mold under high pressure. The plastic then cools and solidifies, taking on the shape of the mold. There are generally two types of injection tray molds:
One-sided Injection Tray Mold: This type of mold creates a tray with a flat bottom, made from a single template. These molds produce one side or surface of the plastic pallet at a time. After the first side is Formed mould, the tray is taken out of the mold, and the second side is separately Formed with another single-sided mold. Single-sided molds are generally cheaper and easier to manufacture, but they may require more time and effort to produce a complete pallet.

Double Injection Tray Mold: This mold produces trays with a flat bottom and a ribbed top surface. It is made of two templates, and the cavity and core are combined by two templates. These molds produce both sides of the plastic pallet at the same time, thus speeding up the production process. Double-sided molds are generally more expensive than single-sided molds, but they are more efficient and can produce a full pallet in one cycle. They also offer greater design flexibility and the ability to create more complex pallets with features such as ribs, edges and other design elements.

Injection pallet moulds are used to manufacture high-quality, durable, uniform plastic pallets that can withstand heavy loads, resist impact and wear, and meet specific size and design requirements. Used in a range of industries including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and transportation. Producing plastic pallets using Injection pallet moulds is a cost-effective way to produce large quantities of high-quality pallets.
