Sorry to say but the fact of the matter is that deleting payment history and all past transactions occurred on Cash App couldn't be removed. There is no such option available in the application or site. If there is someone who can help you better is a Cash App representative.
To delete Cash App account permanently, get into your profile on cashapp and scroll all the way down. Select "Cash Support" & then "Something else. To know more information about delete Cash App account visit here:
