QuickBooks Dekstop Migration Tool Download on your system. To launch and run the QuickBooks Desktop Migration tool in QB Desktop, you need a flash drive to start with.
Plug the USB Flash drive into the old computer.
Launch QuickBooks and log in with the admin user.
Allow any permission request.
Navigate to the File option and select the drop-down menu.
Open Utilities, and select Move QuickBooks to another computer.
Select I am Ready, and choose a password.
Allow the copy process to complete.
Now plug in the USB Flash drive to the new computer
Open the folders and search for Move_QuickBooks.bat file.
Open the Move_QuickBooks.bat file and allow the copy process to finish.
