The medication
Zudena Pills (Udenafil) is used to treat erectile dysfunction, which is defined as the inability to get or sustain a penile erection strong enough for fulfilling sexual relations.
Although UDenafil, or Zudena, does not directly relax a cavernous body, it does, upon sexual stimulation, increase the relaxing effect of nitric oxide by blocking PDE-5, the enzyme that breaks down cGMP in the cavernous body. An erection results from this relaxation of the artery's muscles and increased blood flow to the penis' tissues.
Udenafil, or Zudena 100, increases erection and increases the likelihood of having a successful sexual encounter.
