Интересует где ТНК берут кредиты? Вот у японского центробанка самая низкая учётная ставка, значит по идее для ТНК нет смысла брать кредиты где-либо ещё кроме как у японцев. Или есть какие-то препоны и американским ТНК выгодней брать кредиты в американских же банках, евпропейским в европейских и т.д.?

А Газпром не ТНК. Кредиты он взял ибо он де-факто часть немецких энергетических структур (вот это уже ТНК). Т.е. дочка немецкой ТНК, под названием Газпром, взяла кредит у дочернего банка этой же ТНК.
Обычная внутрифирменная игра с активами/пассивами - долги на одно юрлицо, имущество на другое, проценты на третье.
